Senior Manager/Director Investor Relations
These tasks await you
- Develop and execute investor relations strategies to communicate financial performance and growth plans
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing investors while identifying and engaging with potential new investors to expand the firm’s investor base
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and investor sentiment to provide actionable insights and feedback to senior leadership
- Develop marketing and business strategy with the team for further growth of DBAG`s product platform
- Collaborate closely with senior management, finance, and operations teams to align on messaging, business updates, and reporting needs for investors
- Partner with external advisors and internal teams to support investor engagement and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely communication across all channels
- Organize and represent the company at investor meetings, conferences, and client events
Skills and experience we are looking for
- Minimum of 7 years experience in investor relations or related sales roles
- Strong understanding of deal and transaction structures, with the ability to simplify complex financial data for investors
- Exceptional financial expertise, capable of analysing large datasets and presenting insights in client-friendly formats
- Proficient in developing high-quality client materials and clear written communication for stakeholders
- Proven project management skills, consistently meeting deadlines and delivering complex initiatives
- Strong work ethic and collaborative mindset and service awareness
- Ability to travel approx. 50 per cent of time
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, maintaining efficiency and accuracy across multiple projects
